Residential property photography

I specialise in capturing photos for short-term lettings such as holiday homes and Airbnb, long-term lettings and sales. Understanding the importance of showing the potential clients what they can expect from your property is the key criteria.

I create a walkthrough with my photos. I use the angles to help the viewers connect the rooms with each other. It takes time and effort to arrange viewings for your property. And you don’t want to disappoint your potential buyers or tenants by giving false impressions of your house. With the connections I provide, you will be confident that your viewers will meet exactly what they have seen on the images.

Why do you need professional photographs

In today’s world, visuals get the viewers’ attention first. No matter how much detail you explain about the outstanding features, you first need to make your potential clients stop and look at the beautiful images of your property.

A large, spacious living room with a corner sofa, wooden floors, high ceiling, a sky window on the ceiling and the door to the hall area is seen.

a bedroom, bright and well decorated, photo taken directly from the front of the bed, still capturing the whole room for property photography.
A dining room, white wooden dining table and chairs, a white bookshelf at the end of the room, bright sunny day.

Capturing different angles

Even though you know your property the best, a professional photographer will take the clients’ view. I capture the angles that will reflect the biggest impression. Using the best professional equipment for property photography, I provide my clients with not only high-quality but also versatile images. I take photos of one space from different angles to describe the physical features and the vibe of your property areas.

Different angles of one space showcases all the features of your property.

All possible angles even from a small space makes it possible to visualise what it looks and feels like in reality.

Editing in property photography

After the photoshoot, I edit the photos, balancing the composition and smoothing the surfaces. I enhance the colours to ensure each image portrays your property in its best possible light. Your property photos will be much more different and natural than the ones taken with a wide angle setting of any latest technology smartphone.

Showcasing the beauty and the vibe of your property through realistic, natural and appealing photos makes a difference in the outcome for the agencies and owners. It brings out the potential of your sale, short or long-term lettings.

Details matter for holiday homes

Around a third of holidaymakers aged 25 to 35 in the UK spend between one and two thousand pounds on holidays per year (32 percent). And another 26 percent two to four thousand. On average, UK holidaymakers are budgeting £420 per person to spend while on a one week holiday. This includes things like food, drink and activities. It’s no surprise that the majority plans their budget for accommodation.

Airbnb photography

If you’re listing your property on holiday accommodation platforms, such as Airbnb, you need to highlight the exciting features and details. People value experience and they want to feel that they’re experiencing something new to them. As an official Airbnb photographer, I’m experienced in capturing these details that will make your listing stand out from the competition.

Photographing smaller properties

One of the biggest challenges of property photography is keeping the images realistic while capturing the whole space. Wide-angle options of smartphones make the spaces look weird closer to the edges of the frame. I know how to proportion the wide angles so that the space will not look much different than reality. Because it’s not just about the angle, but also about the focal length, the depth of space and expert use of light.

I follow the same principle for every other space: I capture the room from different angles, making sure that the angle is wide enough to frame a meaningful portion of the room but not looking weird or unrealistic.

I aim to spotlight each small space’s unique charm and functionality, letting its character shine through in every image. Navigating small spaces as a property photographer demands precision and finesse. In these tight quarters, I craft shots to reveal the entire room authentically.
